part of the beauty industry since 2003, Since then his career has given him experience in creative direction for runway shows, Lead educational director for Gila Rut Aveda Salons in San Diego, Master Stylist, Haircutting Specialist, And Creative Director/lead Hair Support for Fashion Week San Diego.

Being in the Beauty industry for over 12 years Michael has been given opportunity to work closely with the industries top stylist from Aveda to Toni & Guy, Worked several seasons of New York Fashion week for Aveda, Backstage Aveda Congress, Countless TV appearances, Weddings, Editorial Shoots, Press, Celebrity styling, Developing educational and marketing material for salons, Being part of Aveda’s Runway team for Jon Reyman, and more recently being creative director for Fashion Week San Diego.

Having a PHD in hair, Michael has attending over 100+ Hairdressing courses, He has been developed as a highly seasoned stylist, Coach, And mentor. His passion for development of his team in technical ability is what pushes and drives him, This is what he believes is the most critical part of his personal mission.
